At Beautiful Swimwear, we want you to feel as confident in our return policy as you do in our fashion-forward swimwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwire/Push-Up styles once the protective hygiene strip has been removed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange. You may use the template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all tags.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at: Beautiful Swimwear Returns

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timing:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability). Simply indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request email. If the exchange item has a different price:
- We’ll refund the difference if the new item costs less
- You’ll need to pay the difference if the new item costs more
International Returns
For international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary slightly based on exchange rates
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
